#basketball🏀 is a game that the sneakers are absolutely brutal on the foot-ankle complex (stiff, a ton of ankle support, not a ton of arch/foot support- see @michael_boyle1959#JointbyJointApproach).

These are "low intensity"- meaning you are at about 70% of all out. These is a low enough intensity to facilitate ☝️Active recovery 🤘Motor pattern rehearsal (running technique)

Also the added band tension really encourages a strong explosive movement to complete each rep.

Really like these for conditioning #HICT , a total body power movement earlier in the workout, or an upper body finisher for some added volume at the end of the workout.
